熱磨機械法製漿之研究

以琉球松熱磨機械法製漿,以自行設計之試驗機及 Sprout Waldron 磨漿,TMP 使用之溫度為 110~150°C,最佳之轉換溫度為 125~130°C 再經過兩段機械磨漿。琉球松冷磨漿之破裂比為 8.33,磨木漿為 11.95,熱磨漿為 13.24,改良熱磨漿為 17.84,如以3%之 Na SO 行前處理後再以7%之 NaOH 處理時,破裂比可達 18.38。熱磨機械法紙漿,可望取代中性亞硫酸鈉法紙漿及廢紙為蕊紙及印刷用紙之用。

Pinus luchensis thermomechanical pulp wasprepared in two stages:(1) by difibration atsteam pressures corresponding to temperatures of110° to 150°C in local-made simple TMP system;and (2) by atomspheric refining in Sprout Wal-dron disc refiner, for P. luchensis TMP the op-timum difibration temperature was in the rangeof 125° to 135°C. TMP freeness appears to be a good qualityof the tensile strength and burst strength of thepulp, e.g. burst factor from refiner mechanicalpulp (RMP) is 8.33, stone groundwood pulp(SGP) is 11.95, TMP is 13.24, the modified TMPcan reach 17.84, the chemical pre-treatment with3% Na S0 , the burst factor will be 18.38. Thispaper includes a discussion of the determinationor expected temperatures range for the transitiontemperature. The effect of difibration time onpulp properties is also given in this paper. TMPcan be used to replace NSSC pulp and wastepaper to make corrugated medium and printingpaper.
