製劑技術於癌症化學療法應用上之探討

在減少副作用發生的原則下將抗癌劑有選擇性的運送到癌病巢的方汰,為目前令人感到有趣且有效的研究方法。各種有效且顯著的癌化學療法,諸如特殊劑型的利用(油性製劑、複合乳劑、人工脂質膜、微粒膠囊、磁性化微粒膠囊及微粒小球、徐放性製劑),以及人工脂質膜與溫熱療法的併用等皆詳細在本文中被加以介紹。這些有選擇性的局部化及持續化方法將使癌化學療法進入新的境界。

To deliver chemotherapeutic drugs tothe desired target organs for treatment oflocalized cancer nest with a minimum ofsystemic side effects is one of the intere-sted and available challenges for cancertherapy. Many successful approaches, suchas special dosage forms (oil preparations, multiple emulsions, liposomes, microcapsules, magnetic controlled-microcapsules and micro-spheres, sustained release preparations) andcombination of temperature-sensitive liposomeand local thermotherapy, are surveyed. Thefavorable results of the application of suchdrug localization and sustained release dosageforms techniques suggested that these appro-aches are of benefit to cancer chemothera-peutics.
