- 中文摘要: 本試驗主要目的是瞭解鎳離子與鈷離子對水稻切離葉片老化之影響。臺中在來一號水稻幼苗種植於人工氣候室(日溫30℃,夜溫25℃,光照為自然光照)九天,此時幼苗之第三片葉片之生長完全,而第四片葉片剛開始長出。本試驗之材料即用此生長九天之第三片葉片。 鎳與鈷離子均可延緩葉綠素與蛋白質之降低,同時也可延緩游離氨基酸之增加。延緩葉綠素分解之能力依序為鎳離子〉鈷離子>benzyladenine (BA)。鎳離子與鈷離子即使是在高濃度(10- M)下,葉片亦未呈現捲曲或其他毒害現象。因此鎳離子與鈷離子延緩葉片老化之效應不可能是由於毒害之結果。BA與鎳離子同時處理之效應大於BA,但與鎳離子相同。鈷離子亦有此類似之效應。鎳離子或鈷離子延緩老化之效應並不需要連續處理鎳離子或鈷離子。鎳離子與鈷離子同時也可延緩大豆初生葉葉圓片之老化。鎳離子與鈷離子之可能作用機別在文中有詳細之討論。
- 英文摘要: The effect of (方程式無法摘錄) or (方程式無法摘錄) ,applied as chloride salt, on the senescence of detached rice leaves was in-vestigated. The decrease of both chlorophyll and protein and the accumulation of free amino acids werefound to be retarded by (方程式無法摘錄) or (方程式無法摘錄) . The order of effectiveness in ratardation is (方程式無法摘錄) > (方程式無法摘錄) >BA. Curling and loss of turgor of rice leaf segments were not evident even at relatively highconcentration (10 M) of (方程式無法摘錄) or (方程式無法摘錄) . It seema unlikely that the effect of (方程式無法摘錄) or (方程式無法摘錄) in retarding senes-cence of detached rice leaves is due to toxicity. BA in combination with (方程式無法摘錄) is more effective than BA butnot than (方程式無法摘錄) . It is also true for (方程式無法摘錄) . (方程式無法摘錄) or (方程式無法摘錄) (10 M) still exerts senescence-retarding effect, evenwhen applied 3 days after the initiation of experiments. Continuous supply of (方程式無法摘錄) or (方程式無法摘錄) is not requiredfor retarding leaf senescence. (方程式無法摘錄) or (方程式無法摘錄) also significantly retards senescenceof soybean leaf discs. Thepossible action ofsenescenceorsenescenceis discussed.
