臺北市鋼筋混凝土高樓動力特性測析及應用

本研究以一套多頻道、靈敏度高的儀器測錄臺北市三十二幢十層至十四層鋼筋混凝土造高樓的微動加速度,再以 HP3582A 頻譜分析儀分析此資料求得各大樓的動力特性,並經由統計分析歸納出此類高樓的一些動力特性結果。 重要的結果包括不考慮剪力牆及考慮剪力牆的兩個高樓平移振動基本週期經驗公式、扭轉振動基本週期經驗公式、高振態頻率及振態阻尼比等。本研究並以此三十二幢高樓為例,以三種最具代表性的規範計算設計最小總橫力並加以比較。根據實測資料分析所得的富氏振幅譜大小,本文對意外扭矩亦有簡要的分析與討論。 六十七年九月二日發生的地震對高樓週期產生的影響,以及採用頻譜分析儀或以 FFT 程式分析頻譜所得結果之比較,本文亦有所探討。

Ambient vibration acceleration of thirty-tworeinforced concrete tall buildings ranging fromten to fourteen stories in Taipei were measuredin this project with a set of multiple-channel,high sensitivity instrument system. Data obtain-ed were processed by HP 3582A spectrum an-alyzer and dynamic characteristics for eachbuilding were got. Statistical analysis was usedto treat those dynamic characteristics in orderto get general results for this kind of buildings. Important results include two empericalformulas to calculate natural period of tallbuildings with and without consideration ofshear wall effect; emperical formula for torsionalvibration period for buildings; vibration frequ-encies and damping ratios for higher modes etc.Minimum designed total base shear for thesethirty-two tall buildings were calculated accord-ing to three most representative building codesand compared. Accidental moment for eachbuilding was analyzed from measuring data andgeneral results obtained and discussed. The effect of earthquake occured on Septem-ber 2, 1978 on the change of natural periodsof tall buildings was studied in this paper.
