- 中文摘要: 木文合成5一連桿外擺線一曲柄機構(5-bar epicycloidal crank mechanism)以用於不具共同點平面多數曲線之形成。該多數曲線係改變機構中周轉輸系齒輪問之相對位置而形成,調整方法簡單、方便“文中用optimum synthesis 以減少 loop方程式在每一設計點之誤差至最小值,設計點之數目不受連桿組未知參數數目之限制。並應用重疊原理降低高次連立方程式為一次式,將誤差函數以各未知數偏微分所得之結果化為一矩陣式,以解答各未知數,因此不必用iterative method。其次用similarly varyingtriangle與stretch rotation theorem導出原連桿組之可調整同族連桿組(cognatelinkage)以滿足機構之空問限制。文中例題用C.D.C. 3150電子計算機演算。
- 英文摘要: This paper presents a method of synthesizing a 5-bar epicycloidal crankmechanism for multiple-path generation. Adjustment of the paths is accom-plished by changing the relative orientation of the gears in the linkage. Amethod of optimum synthesis is utilized by minimizing ;the error in theloop equations at the design points, and the number of design points arenot limited by the number of the unknown dimensions of the linkage. Thedesign equations which are non-linear are solved by using the principle ofsuperposition·Moreover, the principle of similarly varying triangle and thestretch rotation theorem are applied to establish a multiple-path (adjustable)cognate of the original adjustable geared 5-bar mechanism in order tosatisfy the space requirements of a mechanism. A numerical example issolved with the aid of a C.D. C. 3150 electronic computer.
