甲基亞硝基?衍生物3個以及N-2-氯乙基亞硝基?衍生物4個，以上14個新衍生物擬提供作抗癌試驗。n - 英文摘要： The synthesis of three N-Methylurea, three N-Methyl-N-nitrosourea, four N-(2-Chloroethyl)ureaand four N-(2-Chloroethyl)-N-nitrosourea analogues of sulfa drugs as potential antineoplastic agents isdescribed. Sulfa drugs taken as carriers are sulfamethoxazole(1), sulfamethoxypyridazine(2), sulfametha-zine(3), and sulfisoxazole(4), respectively. Among those carriers, 1, 3, and 4 are short-acting sulfa drugswhile 2 is a long-acting type. All of the derivatives in this report are new compounds and will be tested toevaluate their anticancer activity.
