- 中文摘要: 本篇論文主要目的在於探討設計電力系統穩定器時,經常遭遇的兩個主要問題-參數的調整及位置的識別。本論文中提出新極點安置法來決定電力系統穩定器的參數,使得系統所有電機對應的機電模態特徵值,均能準確地安置在頂先指定的複數平面位置。為了選擇電力系統穩定器最佳的安裝位置,利用參與因子來決定何處對於多機組電力系統的動態穩定度影響最鉅,然後設計適當的控制器,以改善整個系統之動態響應。最後,以1984年實際的臺灣電力系統為例,說明整個設計的過程。
- 英文摘要: This paper presents a novel approach for the two major' problems, parameter tuning and locationidentification, which are frequently encountered to the design of power system stabilizers (PSS). Thenew pole-placement method determines the parameters of the PSS such that all the eigenvalues corre-sponding to the electromechanical modes of the machines are exactly assigned to prespecified locationson the complex plane. In order to select the optimum site of installation for the PSS, participation factorsare used to choose the locations which are most influential on the dynamic stability of the multimachinepower system. Finally, a practical system, the 1984 Taiwan Power System, is taken as an example todepict the whole design process.
