- 中文摘要: 從1978年至1979年問,曾對市售飼料包括豬、雞及其他飼料原料,做一次污染 Zearale-none, T-2 毒素,Diacetoxyscripenol 和 Deoxynivalenol 黴菌毒素之調查。結果發現 160 件樣品中沒有一件被 T-2毒素,Diacetoxyscripenol 和 Deoxynivalenol 所污染,但有些飼料被Zearalenone 污染。以飼料種類而言,豬飼料 58件當中被污染者4件佔 6.9%,其含量介於162~1,230 ppb;雞飼料84件,8件被污染佔9.5%,其含量為203~1,973 ppb;飼料原料共16件,有2件污染佔12.5%彫;鴨飼料污染率為0。 根據這次調查結果顯示,自1978年至1979年間收集之飼料部份輕微地被 Zearalenone 污染之外,其餘皆無大礙。但前人研究結果顯示,Zearalenone, T-2 毒素,Diacetoxyscripenol和 Deoxynivalenol 等新月菌產生之黴菌毒素,若存在於飼料中給家禽家畜吃了,到相當量(1~5 ppm)之後,會引起家禽畜發生急性或漫性中毒,其一般症狀如流產,皮膚炎,嘔吐和內臟出血等,因此我們建議對於飼料污染,由新月菌產生之黴菌毒素也必項早日列入檢查與管制,以維護畜牧業之繼續成長。
- 英文摘要: A survey of domestic feedstuffs intendedfor animal consumption was made in Taiwanfor zearalenone, T-2 toxin, diacetoxyscripenoland deoxynivalenol in 1978 and 1979. A total of 160 feedstuffs were collectedfrom various districts of Taiwan and were ex-amined for Fusarium mycotoxins. Analyticalmethods used were thin-layer chromatography,gas-liquid chromatography as well as high pres-sure liquid chromatography. No T-2, diace-toxyscripenol and deoxynivalenol were found inany of tested feedstuffs except some of themwere contaminated with zearalenone. There are4 out of 58 swine feedstuffs (6.9%) contaminatedwith zearalenone at levels 162 to 1,203 ppb; 8out of 84 chicken feedstuffs (9.5%) at levels 203to 1,973 ppb and 2 out of 16 feedstuffs (12.51%)at levels of 126-152 ppb. Based on these results, we conclude thatthe domestic feedstuffs collected from variousdistricts of Taiwan during 1978 and 1979 wereslightly contaminated with zearalenone. Since theimplication or zearalenone and other mycotoxinsas causal agent of Fusarium mycotoxicosis infarm animals is well established, it is suggestedthat we should take greater care to inspectdomestic feedstuffs for Fusarium mycotoxins aswell as other toxins in agricultural commodities.
