• 英文摘要： In a paper of Ghosh and Subramanyam, the second order efficiency of maximum likelihood estimators of one parameter was discussed. This paper deals with the two-parameter case. The asymptotic expansions of consistent estimators as well as maximum likelihood estimators are derived. Our proofs of Fisher-Rao's theorem and Rao's theorem show that the extension is unusually complicated.
