中國婦女人奶中多種去氧核醣核酸聚合性酵素的活性

前次的研究結果發現在婦女人奶中有一種反向轉錄?,然而有許多研究報告?指出人奶中含有多種類似病毒的顆粒。
我們的實驗結果顯示出中國婦女人奶中有五種可以分離的去氧核醣核酸聚合?的活性,這些聚合?的活性是存在于密度
1.26~1.27g/ml的病毒顆粒核仁。如將這些酵素經過DEAE-cellulose及Poly(rC)-sepharose等層柱加以純化,再進一
步研究,則發現這些酵素對前引體一模型體的專一性,對在無模型體之下能製造去氧核醣核酸的能力以及對金屬陽離子的
需求或它們的分子量皆有不同之處。其中兩種酵素具有類似病毒的反向轉錄?的特性。另兩種似乎為末端轉移?。除此而

Previous studies have demonstrated one form of reverse transcriptase in human milk. Recently, theexistence of multiple forms of virus-like particles in human milk has been well-documented. Our studiesof Chinese women's milk samples indicate that there are five separate deoxyribonucleotide polymerizingactivities in the core particulates with the density of 1.26-1.27 g/ml characteristic of RNA tumor viruses.These enzymes have been purified by DEAF-cellulose and poly (rC)-sepharose column chromatography.Subsequent studies suggest that these enzymes differ in their preference to synthetic template-primer,their abilities to incorporate deoxyribonucleotide triphosphate into an acid-precipitable product in theabsence of template, their metal cation requirements, and very likely their molecular weights. Two of theseenzymes behave like viral reverse transcriptase, while the other two based on their template-primer utilizationspecificity seem to be terminal transferases. In addition, one of them is identified as DNA polymerase γ. Theviral origins and interrelationship between these two viral type reverse transcriptases will be further studied.
