- 英文摘要: The characteristics of anodization of titanium were studied in sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid solutions. The effects of the electrolyte concentration and temperature on the anodic charging curves, the breakdown voltage and sparking voltage of the anodic oxide film were also studied. The breakdown voltage and the sparking voltage were indicated from the results to be independent of applied current density in both solutions of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. The sparking voltage decreased with both the concentrations of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. The electronic field strength within the oxide layer in the solution of H/sub 3/PO/sub 4/ was observed to be higher than that in the solution of H/sub 2/SO/sub 4/.
