有機矽化合物之合成研究及其若干生物作用

本文將一九六○以後至一九七八年間,在臺灣大學化學研究中心所倣的有機矽化合物之合成研究當中,撰述較有代表性之成果,分成Si-C型、Si-O-C型、Si-O-Si型及含氮有機矽化台物等四批,各別略述合成法、性質、分子構造,以及生物作用,包括已發表及未發表之化合物約140種,諸如(I)~(Xll)等化合物也在內。 本研究室曾經與美國Evans Researeh Center及Abbott Laboratorios合作試驗有機矽之生物作用,如殺菌力、殺蟲力、殺草力、殺霉力、抗過濾性病毒效力、驅蟲力、藥效等試驗。一方面亦自行試做火藥試驗,或對植物生長發育之影響力之研究,得臺灣大學農學院賴光隆教授之協力,嘉義農專侯清利副教授之協力等,對有機矽化合物做過多方面之探搜。本文中將此等結果也適當編入,以利今後新研究人士之參考。 文中涉及Si-0- 系化合物之水解性與取代基G之關係探究,推論為G’如是供電子基時,增強抗水解性,G如是親電子基時,則增強水解性。各種生物作用當中,有機矽與水稻發育及收穫之關係之陳述稍詳,而歸納為需做更廣泛而深入之生物作用研究。 (方程式無法摘錄)

Results of synthetic works during 1960 to1978 in the research laboratory of organosilicons,Chemistry Research Center, National Taiwan Uni-versity, were summarized in four categories, theSi-C Type, the Si-O-C Type, the Si-O-Si Type,and nitrogen-containing organosilicons. In eachcategory, preparation and properties of represent-ative compounds were described shortly. Somehigh light compounds, such as Tetrakis(dimethyl-phenylsilyl)methane (I), Tris(dimethylphenylsilyl)-methane (II), 9-Trimethylsilyl-9,10-dihydroan-thracene (III), Tetrakis(cholesteroxy)silane (IV),1,4-Bis(triethylsiloxy)naphthalene (V), 2-choloro-ethyl-tris(4-choloro-phenoxy)silane (VI), 1,3, 5-Trimethyl-1,3, 5-tristigmateroxy-cyclo-trisiloxane(VII), 1,3, 5-Trimethyl-1,5-dibutyl-trisiloxane(VIII), Methylphenyldiazidosilane (IX), Diphenyl-di(2-aminoethoxy)silane (X), 4-Trimethylsilyl-aniline (XI), 8-Dimethylphenylsiloxyquinoline(XII) were described, totally 140 compounds orso including many compounds unpublished. Su-bstituent effects on the stability of Si-0- bond toward hydrolysis were observed andhypothesized in terms of electron-donor andelectron-withdrawer. Biological activities such as bactericidal,nematocidal, herbicidal, viruscidal, fungicidal, aswell as plant growth-regulating character ofmany organosilicon compounds tested here orin our cooperating laboratories were also shortlyreported, referring clinical use of particularsiloxane in treatment of fatal prostate glandcancer. Among these, growth controlling in Riceplants was explained in a little more detail.Emphasis on further examination on broaderbiological field was suggested in conclusion.
