s - 英文摘要: Heat transfer in the continuous spouted bed dryer (or fluidized beddryer), whose vessel wall is heat insulated, will include two effect to heattransfer: a) gas-particle contact and b) particle-particle collision. In thebatch dryer, the second effect can be neglected because the homogeneoustemperature and misture content of particles in the dryer is assumed. Inthe present work,the characteristic curves of drying were obtained by smallscale test of batch and continuous drying. And from the difference betweenthe two drying rates (for batch and eontinuous operation) for the constantdrying rate period, heat transfer effect due to particle collision was evaluated.Rice and silica-gel spheres were used in the spouted bed drying test, anddrying curve for continuous operation was successfully obtained by themethod of impulse feeding of colored tracer particles in the drying tests.
