- 中文摘要: 貓用巴比妥麻醉,管子插入氣管,連接於呼吸器。切開左側第4月力間,露出心臟,結紮左冠狀動脈前下行枝。經一小時後摘出心臟,切出有乏血部分之心室肌標本,固定於小室內灌流。使用微小電極記錄心肌細胞電位。檢討灌流液 (方程式無法摘錄) 濃度,pH及缺氧分別對正常及乏血心肌細胞電位之影響。其結果高濃度 (方程式無法摘錄) ,低pH,及缺氧顯著減低乏血心肌細胞電位。Acetylcholine明顯抑制乏血心室肌細胞電位。
- 英文摘要: One hour after the ligation of the coronary artery of cat, a ventricular strip containing normal andischemic myocardium was dissected out and perfused with oxygenated Tyrode solution. Effects of external (方程式無法摘錄) , pH and hypoxia on the transmembrane potential of normal and ischemic ventricular myocardial cellswere studied by means of glass microelectrodes. External high (方程式無法摘錄) decreased the resting and action potentialof both normal and ischemic cells. Low (方程式無法摘錄) media also caused a decrease of action potential in normal cells,whereas an increase of the potential was noted in ischemic cells. Low pH decreased action potential of is-chemic cells, while barely affecting the normal cells. Hypoxia depressed the transmembrane potential of is-chemic cells, more markedly than that of normal cells. The data indicates a difference between the normaland ischemic myocardial cells with respect to sensitivity to external (方程式無法摘錄) , pH and hypoxia. Acetylcholineprofoundly depressed the action potential of the ischemic myocardial cells in external high (方程式無法摘錄) perfusate.
