G 染色帶的改良染色法

In the preparation of G banded chromo-somes, we found that the chromatid-partedchromosomes (probably resulted from overtreatment of colcemid) often give poor G bands.The storage of air-dried slides at 4℃ gives moreconsistent results in trypsin digestion and a 37℃2×SSC incubation before trypsin digestion mayhave an effect of preserving the chromosomemorphology. However, the temperature fortrypsin digestion is not important.
