• 中文摘要： 木文依據米德的發生哲學，重新詮解他的微觀行為理論，對其寓含的微觀行為模式亦作出相應勾畫，進而借助於抽象、擴張和收納等手段，對該模式進行宏觀改造。通過改造而形成的宏觀行為模式，把結構分析法與過程分析法合而為一，對社會學研究所經常遇到的社會變化與重復、決定性和非決定性、可預知性與不可預知性之間的對立也作出調合，使對立的雙方各得其所。這個模式既能兼納宏觀社會學現存理論的正確見解，也能為宏觀的社會學研究開拓新的探索途徑。
• 英文摘要： This paper reinterprets Mead's micro action theory in light of his synthetic philosophy of emergence.His action model is constructed accordingly and is further transformed into a macro action model throughabstraction, expansion, and incorporation. This revised model unifies the structural conception of society andthe processual vision of structuring and becoming. Moreover, it reconciles determinacy with indeterminacy,predictability with unpredictability, and reproduction with change. The model can extensively accommodatevalid insights of existing macro sociological theories; it is also capable of opening productive new avenues formacro sociological research.
