- 英文摘要: The characteristics of the three-phase fluidization were determined in the water-kerosene-glass bed system. The continuous phase and the dispersion phase are the aqueous phase and oil phase, respectively. The effects of particle size and fluid viscosity on the pressure drop and the minimum fluidization velocity were studied in this system. The results indicate that the minimum fluidization velocity decreases with the increasing fluid viscosity at the same particle diameter and with the decreasing particle size at the same fluid viscosity. The correlation equation for the minimum fluidization velocity can be expressed as A/sub r/.div.Re/sub mf/=(1.div.C/sub 2/)Re/sub mf/+2C/sub 1/.div. C/sub 2/ where C/sub 1/=29.63 and C/sub 2/=0.0505. The effects of Reynolds number of the oil phase and that of the aqueous phase on the bed porosities, aqueous phase holdup and oil phase holdup are also explored. The plots of bed porosity against the Reynolds number of the oil phase or that of the aqueous phase yield a fairly straight line. The correlation equation for the bed porosity can be shown as .epsilon.=0.150Re/sub A//sup 0.194/Re/sub O//sup 0.128/ where the average percent deviation is 3.8%. The results also imply that the aqueous phase holdup is propotional to the Reynolds number of the aqueous phase, but it is independent of the Reynolds number of the oil phase. The correlation equations for the aqueous phase holdup and the oil phase holdup can be expressed as .epsilon./sub A/=0.070Re/sub A//sup 0.384/ and.epsilon./sub O/=0.144Re/sub A//sup -0.557/Re/sub O//sup 0.736/, respectively, for Re/sub A/=130-400 and Re/sub O/=10-120.
