大豆狹葉與寬葉近似同源系之農藝性狀的表現

使用無限型寬葉形品種 Harosoy 及 Clark 以及其狹葉近似同源系統 L63-1212及 L62-1579 為材料,栽培於不同期作、氮肥、密植條件,調查六個農藝性狀,探討寬葉形與狹葉形基因型之差異。 兩個不同葉形品種之株高、百粒重及成熟期無顯著差異,但一株莢數、一株粒數及產量則發現寬葉形基因型大於狹葉形基因型。在不同氮肥及密度下,所有調查的農藝性狀均呈春作大於秋作。而在不同期作下,一株莢數及一株粒數,愈疏植及氮肥愈多則有愈增加之趨勢,但單位面積產量則呈愈密植及多氮時有增加之結果。

Agronomic traits and seed yield werestudied under field condition for twonear-isogenic lines derived from Clarkand Harosoy soybeans with differentleaflet shape. No difference was found in plantheight, 100-seed weight and days tomaturity between the broad and narrowleaflet lines. The broad leaflet linesshowed significantly greater numberof pods/plant, number of seeds/plantand seed yield/ha than narrow leafletlines. Generally, the spring season crophad significantly greater in all agrono-mic traits investigated when comparedto fall season crop, under differentnitrogen levels and planting densities.Both spring and fall season crops showedthat higher nitrogen and broader plant-ing density would increase the numberof pods/plant, number of seeds/plantand seed yield/ha, excepted yield/hain different planting density.
