探討豬糞沼氣醱酵槽之最適設計方法及安定之操作範圍。利用一座有效反應體積為100公升之小型圓筒式反應槽,適當調配豬糞醱酵液,在充分攪拌及溫度固定在35°C之條件下進行實驗。
改變稀釋率(0.04~0.15 days-1)求Volatile Solid, COD去除率,氣體產生量等數據,由Lineweaver-Burk plot知沼氣醱酵槽內微生物生長之動力式為Monod型,據此擬定最適沼氣槽之型式。
固定水力停留時間為20天,改變有機負荷以探尋沼氣槽之安定性,由實驗結果知,有機負荷在1.5~1.6g VS/l /day時氣體生成量最高,有機負荷高至2.5g VS/l/day時,安定性無法保持,此與Graef等之理論計算結果相當接近。 - 英文摘要:
The rational design and the stability of an anaerobic digester for swine waste treatment were investigated. A bench scale digester with 100 liter working capacity incorporated with an agitator at the bottom of the reactor was constructed to carry out the kinetic studies. The temperature was controlled at 35°C throughout the experiments.
The dilution rates of the digester were varied between 0.04 and 0.15 day-1 and the corresponding volatile solid (VS) concentrations in steady state were determined to facilitate the Lineweaver-Burk plot. The data showed that the growth kinetics of microorganisms in the digester was of Monod's type with negligible decay coefficient. Based on this kinetic model, a specific reactor system was proposed.
At the definite hydraulic retention time (20 days) the stability of the digester was determined experimentally by changing its organic loading. The results showed that the gas evolution rate reached maximum when the organic loading was between 1.5-1.6 g vs/l/day. The stability would be upset when the organic loading is higher than 2.5 g VS/l/day; this is close to the theoretical calculation obtained by Graef and Andrew. - 中文關鍵字: --
