• 英文摘要： We discuss several features of a nonlinear modulated dispersive wave which is governed by the equa-tion (方程式無法摘錄) . This equation is of physical interest since it arises in fluid dynamics and isclosely related to the well-known nonlinear Schrodinger equation (方程式無法摘錄) . The equation underdiscussion is not integrable. Also the localized smooth solution decays as (方程式無法摘錄) if the initialdatum is small enough in certain norms and p＞4.
