e - 英文摘要: Enzymatic reactions in organic syntheses is a new, versatile and promising field. Recently, more andmore organic compounds have been synthesized by chemoenzymatic methods in which enzymes wereusually used as highly selective catalysts in the key steps and remarkable results were obtained. In thisarticle, we discuss the study of this field in Taiwan during the past ten years and focus on the application ofhydrolytic enzymes, especially proteases and lipases, in organic reactions.
