- 中文摘要: 本實驗之目的在探討維他命D缺乏是否影響三磷酸腺核?之活動力,進而影響?化之程序。實驗是將35隻重約50公克 之雄性剛斷奶之白鼠分?兩組: 一?維他命D缺乏組,另一?對照組,將動物飼養於喑不露光之動物室中,以維他命D缺 乏之飼料餵養之。對照組之動物則每隔一天由口腔給予50國際單位之維他命D ,實驗開始之日即犧牲7隻白鼠,然後於第 十天及第十七天分別犧牲兩組動物各7隻,動物?牲後,拔出上顎門齒,取出其中之齒髓放入7.5mNM之巴比妥緩衝液(pH 7.4)作成?質液,然後測定其蛋白質之量及三磷酸腺核?,鹼性磷酸脂?之活動力。實驗結果:維他命缺乏組之齒髓三 磷酸腺核?之活動力高於對照組者13%,而在十七天則高出25% ,而鹼性磷酸脂?之活動力在第十天時,實驗組高於對照 組50%,而第十七天則高出69% 。這些發現說明三磷酸腺核?活動力之增加可能是由於維他命D之缺乏,引起供給鈣化程 序之鈣或其他因素之缺損,使得三磷酸腺核?之活動力產生補償作用而提高。

- 英文關鍵字: Thirty-five male weanling rats, weighing about 50 gm, were divided into vitamin D deficient and vitamin D supplemented groups. Both groups were kept in a dark environment and were fed a vitamin D deficient diet. The supplemented group received 50 IU vitamin D every 2 days, given orally. Animals were sacrificed at 0, 10 and 17 days. Dental pulps were collected from freshly extracted incisors and homogenized in 7.5 mM barbital buffer, pH 7.4.. ATPase activity, alkaline phosphatase activity and protein were measured. Ca2+-, Mg2+-ATPase activity of incisor pulp homogenates were significantly higher in rats fed a rachitogenic diet for 10 and 17 days than in vitamin D supplemented pair-fed controls by 13% and 25% respectively. Alkaline phosphatase activity was higher in the deficient group by 50% at 10 days and by 69% after 17 days. A possible explanation for the increased ATPase activity is that the increase occurred in response to a reduced availability of calcium or of some other factors involved in calcification that is in turn dependent on vitamin D.
