在37 C時,測得不同年齡國人紅血球膜 HCO -Cl 交換動力學常數k,成人與初生兒之
值分別為7土1秒 (15)與4士1秒 (8),二者有明顯差別。而藥物中,薔薇根皮普對 HCO -
Cl 交換有強抑制作用,其他蠶豆嘧啶、含羞酸、黃麴毒素 B ,及烏?病患區地下水中之螢光
物質 B ,初步結果顯示均對其無顯著之抑制現象。
n - 英文摘要: This article includes two parts:1) Theintroduction of a glass pH electrode stopped-flow rapid reaction apparatus, 2) The study ofthe kinetics of HCO -Cl exchange across thered blood cell membrane of Chinese in Taiwanusing this local-made apparatus. The studyincludes a) the effect of age, b) the effects ofdrugs and toxins. The kinetic rate constants kwere measured at 37 C. For adults from age 20 to 56, the averagek value was found to be 7土1 sec (15), and fornew-born infants (cord blood), 4土1 sec (8).There is no significant correlation between theexchange kinetic constant and age for adultswith age differences of about 40 years. Howeverthe average value for the newborns is signi-ficantly lower than that for adults, by about50%. This indicates the efficiency of COtransport in new-born infants might be differentfrom that of adults. The effects of phlorizin, divicine, mimosine,aflatoxin B and the fluorescent compound Bfrom underground water in black foot diseaseendemic area on the HCO -Cl exchange rateacross cell membrane are as follows:2mMphlorizin inhibits 74% of the transport, 5 mMand 8 mM inhibit 88% and 92%, respectively,indicating the inhibition of phlorizin isasymptotic to a maximum value as phlorizinconcentration increases. Mimosine at concentra-tions 0.05g% to 0.1g%, divicine at 2.3 mM,aflatoxin B ,at 0.04mg%,or fluorescent com-pound B at 0.05g% have no significantinhibitory effects on HCO -Cl transport acrossthe red cell membrane.
