- 中文摘要: 本文探討了使用細菌Acinetobacter calca var. antratus以生物吸附的方式來去除廢水中鎘離子的可行性。該菌種是由金山禮樂鍊銅廠的廢水中所篩選並培養出來的。吸附實驗是在細胞處於非生長狀態下進行的。實驗結果顯示,鎘離子 的吸附約在2至5分鐘即達到平衡,吸附機制似乎屬於Langmuir型。吸附之平衡常數是溫度的函數,且在28°C時有最大? 。我們提出了一個隨機程序模型,並用以描述動態吸附現象。
- 英文摘要: The removal of cadmium ions in wastewater by Acinetobacter calca var. antratus through biosorption is investigated. The microorganisms were isolated from the watewater sample of a copper refinery. It was found that the adsorption reached equilibrium in about two to five minutes; the adsoption mechanism appears to be Langmuir type. The equilibrium constant has a maximum at about 28蚓. A stochastic model is proposed for the description of the temporal variation of the amount of cadmium ions adsorbed.
