- 中文摘要: 適應性之大小為品種特徵之一其機構有二,一種為因遺傳組成之不同對環境具有之調整能力,另一種為生物體在發育生長過程中,本身之生理機能隨著生物體之生長而對環境所具有的調整能力。(謂之發育過程中所形成之適應性,developmental stability)“本研究針對後者的適應性提出客觀的評價方法,並分析此種適應性是否具有遺傳性“試驗材料採用9×9全互交的Arabidopsis生體重在十二種環境下的絕對生長量及相對生長量(分全生長期及部份生長期二種),利用主成份分析法推測各遺傳因子型之適應性估值,並進而分析其遺傳結構,由此結果知發育生長過程中,對不同環境所形成之適應能力具有遺傳性,但累加性遺傳變異甚小而顯性變異甚大,故其遺傳力甚小。此種適應性大者由隱性遺傳因子所支配而適應性小者由顯性因子所控制,具有超顯性,顯性變異中一部份由親本所攜帶之顯隱性因子頻度之不相同所引起,顯性因子數較隱性因子大l一2倍,其數有1....2對“親本的顯性程度相差甚大,因此其適應性的差異也大,由四種方法估計及分析而得的適應性遺傳結構皆具有相同的結果。
- 英文摘要: The phenotypic stability certain quantitative is very important to thegenetic structure of a population.There are two mechanisms of stability,such as genetic homeostasis, and developmental stability. In this study, thegenetic constitution of the latter was carried out by means of diallel cross-es. Nine lines and their F:progeny of Arabidopsis thaliana were planted under12 environmental conditions. Thus, the fresh weight of the absolute growthrate of plants as well as the relative one were measured at different stages.The parameter of developmental stability was obtained by the principalcomponent analysis, which was determined from the developmental variat-ion and developmental-environmental interaction components. From whichwe obtained that the developmental stability was heritable, but it was cont-rolled mostly by the dominant effect, therefore the heritability was verysmall. The developmental unstable was controlled by the dominant genes.The unequal gene frequencies of dominant and recessive of the parentallines was partly contributed to the dominant variation. The degree ofdominance was significantly difference among the parental lines.
