- 中文摘要: 為了解最近幾年本省南部檬果之落果原因,於嘉義、新化及玉井三地區,選擇結實良好及落果較為嚴重之果園(愛文種),定期分別測定葉片之鈣及硼素之含量,並分析土壤中之置換性鈣及水溶性硼素之含量做比較對照。同時,選嘉義近郊之檬果園做鈣與硼素之葉面散布處理,藉以了解此兩要素對開花選實之影響。 1.嘉義、新化及玉井等三地區分別選擇結實良好及落果嚴重之果園各二,分別採葉分析之結果顯示,與落果嚴重之果園相比較,結責良好之果園之鈣含量均較高,硼素亦顯著較高。葉片之 Ca/B 比則以落果嚴重之果園較高。其次,土壤之置換性鈣及水溶性硼素含量,以結實良好之果園較高,尤其是結實良好果園之水溶性硼素含量約為落果嚴重果園之二倍。 2.鈣及硼素之葉面散布處理,有顯著增加花粉之發芽率,減少落果之傾向,尤其以C Cl2 0.2%+H BO 0.5%之處理效果較佳。 3.鈣及硼素之葉面散布處理區之花(果)柄之鉀、磷、鈣、硼之含量比無處理區顯著較高。葉面散布處理區,於滿開期後葉片之糖含量比對照區顯著下降,而果柄則保持一定之水準。顯示出鈣與硼素之葉面散布處理對樹體之生理代謝有促進之作用,尤其是葉片之糖轉運至果實之量顯著增加。 4.與無處理區相比較,葉面散布處理區之葉片於開花前蛋白態氮較少,而氨基酸態氮則較高。結實後則呈相反之傾向。無處理區於滿開期問後花柄之氨基酸態氮之減少,可能直接影響子房之發育。
- 英文摘要: In recent years, the physiological unfruit-fulness of mango was found in the southernTaiwan, and its causes were still unknown upto date. The objects of this experiment was con-ducted to examine the relationship betweenfruit set of Irwin mango and calcium, boronlevels in leaves and soil at the Chia Yi, HsihgHua and Yuh Jiing orchards. And also toconfirm the effect of three concentrations i.e.,control, CaC1 0.2%+H BO, 0.3% and CaC10.2%+H BO 0.5% of foliar spray treatmentsbefore and after blooming on pollen germina-tion, fruit set and nutritional contents. Theresults obtained are as follows: 1. Highly significant increase in calciumand boron concentrations and significant reduc-tion in Ca/B ratio of leaves were recordedunder productive orchards. Higher contents ofexchangeable calcium and water soluble boron insoil of productive orchard than non-productiveorchard were found. 2. Calcium and boron spray of mangoleaves improves their pollen germination andfruit set. 3. Increasing the calcium and boronsupply by foliar spray treatments tended togradually increase the leaf Ca, B and peduncleCa, B, P, K contents. There was no effect onP, K and Mg contents of the leaf. 4. Total sugar and reducing sugar contentof peduncle decreased at full bloom, particularlythe trend being marked in foliar spraytreatments with calcium and boron than thecontrol. Reducing sugar content of leaves nearthe clusters increased before blooming in allfoliar spray treatments, while it decreasedduring fruit setting and maximum effect wasexhibited by CaCl 0.2%+H BO 0.5% spray. 5. Higher amino-N and lower protein-Ncontents of leaves in the foliar spray treatmentswith calcium and boron were found at fullbloom than those in the control. Markedreduction in amino-N of peduncle from fruitsetting was found in control.
