研究所得檢測器之實際濃度檢測範圍為10μI.U/ml至300μI.U/ml,已具臨床應用潛力。
y - 英文摘要: An insulin enzyme immunosensor has been constructed from an oxygen sensor in combination withimmobilized anti-insulin monoclonal antibodies on PP membrane. Anti-insulin monoclonal antibody cross-linked in advance with BSA by glutaraldehyde to increase the efficiency of immobilization was covalentlyimmobilized on the hydrophilic porous PP membrane by plasma treatment. The sensor can be applied toenzyme immunoassay based on the competitive antigen-antibody reaction with catalase on the competitiveantigen-antibody reaction with catalase-labelled antigen. After competitive binding of free and catalase-la-belled insulin, the sensor is examined for catalase activity by the difference of dissolved oxygen after the ad-dition of hydrogen peroxide. Insulin level can be determined in the range of 10-300 u I.U./ml by this sensor.
