- 中文摘要: 由本省土壤中分離一株蠟樣桿菌(Bacillus cereus CHU 130),培養於黃豆粉甘露醇培養基可產生一種抗真菌抗生物質,定名為『蠟樣桿菌素』(bacereutin)。蠟樣桿菌素可經由吸附管柱(Amberlite XAD-2)、陽離子交換樹脂管柱(Dowex50W-X8)和膠體過濾管柱(Sephadex LH20和Biogel P-2)純化分離。蠟樣桿菌素為水溶性,微溶於甲醇和87%丙酮,不溶於正丙醇、正丁醇、丙酮、苯、醋酸乙酯等溶劑。蠟樣桿菌素相當穩定,經高溫處埋或處於各種酸鹼值,仍然保持抗生活性。它在薄層色層分析圖上與茆三酮(ninhydrin)具呈色反應。 蠟樣桿菌素可抑制酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae CHU 1)、擬青黴菌(Paecilomyces variotii CHU 6)、米黑毛黴菌(Rhizomucor miehei CHU 40)和鐮孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum CHU 98)等真菌生長。然而,在抑制真菌有效濃度下,抗生物質對於枯草桿菌(Bacillus subtilis CHU 93)和大腸菌(Escherichia coli CHU 96)並無抑制效應。蠟樣桿菌素是一種茆三酮陽性之抗真菌抗生素。
- 英文摘要: An antifungal metabolite, bacereutin, was isolated from culture filtrate of Bacillus cereus CHU 130.The bacterium was isolated from soils collected in Changhwa County, Taiwan, and was grown in soybeanmeal-mannitol broth for production of the antibiotic metabolite. The antibiotic metabolite was isolatedby adsorption column chromatography of Amberite XAD-2 and was purified by passing through thechromatographic columns packed with Dowex 50W-X8, Sephadex LH 20 and Biogel P-2. The antibiotic metabolite was soluble in water and 87% acetone, and was slightly soluble inmethanol, but was not dissolved in n-propanol, n-butanol, acetone, benzene and ethyl acetate. The anti-biotic metabolite was a heat-stable and ninhydrin-positive substance. The antibiotic activities of bacereutin were tested by means of the agar-diffusion plate method. Theantibiotic metabolite inhibited the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CHU 1, Paecilomyces variotiiCHU 6, Rhizomucor miehei CHU 40 and Fusarium oxysporum CHU 98. Bacereutin was a ninhydrin-positive antifungal antibiotic.
