- 中文摘要: 承受震動力結構物之疲乏破壞,其不規則性甚明顯,本研究應用Palmgren-Miner理論,Middleton之計數過程以及 從單應力疲乏試驗結果所得之條件式密度函數,合併考慮材料之抗疲乏能力與震動力兩者之不規則性,推演結構物承受非時 變性或時變性不規則震動力時,其預期疲乏壽命之計算方程式,應用指數限度函數,推演結構可靠性下限,並用計算例說明 之。本研究結果,可供橋樑、海中結構、運輸工具等,防止結構疲乏破壞分析及設計之參考及應用。
- 英文摘要: Structural fatigue is a random phenomenon because both the fatigue strength of materials and loads on the structure are usually random in nature. In the present study, a method of computing the expected fatigue life for a structure subjected to stationary or nonstationary random excitations is presented. The approach is essentially based on Palmgren-Miner's cumulative damage theorem, Middleton's counting process and conditional density function of fatigue life estimated from single-stress-level fatigue test data. A lower bound of the reliability function is also discussed. Examples are used for illustration. Results in the present study can be used in structural analysis and design against fatigue failure for bridges, marine structures and vehicles.
