- 中文摘要: By the use orthogonalization and statistical methods, the conversion of carbonmonoxide at low temperature was studied. Investigation was focused on the effectsof various pelletizing factors on the crush strength, the pore structure, and theactivity of CuO-ZnO-Cr O catalysts. Experimental results showed that both the calcination temperature and thecontent of CuO-ZnO have a profound influence on the crush strength of CuO-ZnO-Cr O catalysts. The decrease of calcination temperature and CuO content, as wellas the increase of ZnO content tend to increase the crush strength of the catalysts. The pore structure of the catalysts, total pore volume in particular, was also dependedupon the calcination temperature. However, the activity of the catalyst was foundto be independent of the pore structure. Catalyst pellets under study were prepared by mixing CuO, ZnO and Cr O , withthe proportion of 2:3:0.5 moles. After calcinating at 400 C for three hours, the mi-xture were pressed into pellets. A pelletizing pressure of 75 kg/cm was employed. The resulted catalysts showed to process both satisfactory activity and crush strength.
