- 中文摘要: 本文建立一種可變結構控制方法,應用在氣壓伺服定位系統,並以微算機做為控制器。由實驗所得結果,證實本實驗系統功能優越,位置穩態誤差控制在0.005mm以內。本文之結果或可視為在氣壓伺服控制方面之重要突破,並顯示氣壓伺服系統具有相當之可能性,成為未來的一種低成本,高精度之位置控制裝置。
- 英文摘要: A variable structure control method has been developed for a pneumatic servo system, using amicrocomputer as the controller. A thorough experiment has been conducted to verify that the systemperformance is excellent. A steady-state position accuracy within 5 μm was reliably obtained. The resultsof this paper may be considered an important breakthrough in the field of pneumatic servo control. Also, it is found that pneumatic drives possess the possibility to become low-cost high-precision positioningdevices in the future.
