100 A之電流的電子束。放電時間大約從幾百個奈秒至幾個微秒之間。詳細的實驗結果在本文中提出,並作分析。 - 英文摘要: A superdense (current density on the order of 106 A/cm2) pulsed electron beam by low pressurepseudospark gas discharges in a new type of particle accelerator was produced and studied. This particleaccelerator is a multiplate structure with hollow electrodes contained in a vacuum chamber. This devicewas constructed at National Sun Yat-Sen University and operated in a gas atmosphere at pressures on theorder of 1 - 10-3 Torr. The produced electron beams can have a peak current on the order of 100 A anda diameter of about 200 μm. Discharge time ranges from several hundred nanoseconds to several micro-seconds. Details of the experimental results are presented and analyzed.
