- 中文摘要: 經過抗原或mitogen刺激後之淋巴球可以產生各種Lymphokines,其中淋巴毒素(Lmphotoxins)對小老鼠L929細胞具有毒性。這種毒性因子,已從人類B糸田胞及經PHA刺激後的淋巴細胞培養液中純化製得。這兩種不同來源的淋巴毒素,其抗原性、分子量、等電點及含糖性等均相似。其分子上皆具有Sialic acido本研究更證明B淋巴母細胞及活化的T細胞均可產生淋巴毒素。
- 英文摘要: Culture supernates of human B lymphoblastoid cells and PHA-stimulated peripheral blood lympho-cytes are cytotoxic to mouse L929 cells. The cytotoxic factors have been purified. The properties of lym-photoxins from these two sources appear to be identical in terms of antigenicity, molecular weight (76 KdMr), isoelectric point (4.7-5.4) and glycoprotein nature. The heterogeneity of the cytotoxic activities asdemonstrated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing is due to the difference in sialicacid residues. The size distribution appeared to be homogeneous for these lymphotoxins. These results suggest that both transformed B cells and activated T cells can secrete similar cytotoxiclymphokines.
