- 中文摘要: 為了提昇單片式液晶投影電視的投影亮度,一種新型的「亮度增強型彩色濾光器」已被發展出來。這種新型彩色瀘光器分別擷取了穿透式與反射式彩色濾光器的優點,利用微稜鏡陣列與稜鏡斜面上鍍上多層薄膜濾光器的結構,分別形成了紅、綠、藍三種畫素。這種新型結構的彩色濾光器可將每個顏色畫素上的反射光重新導回相對應的顏色畫素區域,如此可將整個可見光頻譜範圍的能量均加以使用,不會造成反射光能量的浪費,因此可以達到提昇光效率使用的效果。
- 英文摘要: Brightness enhanced color filters composed of micro-prism arrays and optical interference colorfilters were developed to increase the optical throughput of liquid crystal light valve projection systems.This novel device takes full advantage of reflection/transmission type filters by employing micro-dichroicmirror arrays to form R, G, and B color filters to further improve optical efficiency. The color filtersdirect the reflected light of each pixel so that it is redistributed to the respective color pixel area. Thus,the brightness enhancement color filters can fully utilize the whole illumination and maximize the opticalthroughput of the projection system.
